🚀 What You’ll Do :

• Coach and manage a fleet of drivers like a true team leader
• Maximize fleet efficiency, productivity, and DOT / OSHA compliance
• Travel to remote locations to support and manage operations
• Solve problems fast, creatively, and with heart
• Lead with empathy, grit, and accountability

✅ What You Bring :

2+ years logistics / driver management experience

Fleet operations background

Calm, confident communicator and decision-maker

Deep understanding of DOT / OSHA
