Order Replenishment Merchandiser (Small Stores) - Northeast San Antonio, TX

Job Location : Northeast San Antonio, TX (78218) Workdays / Shift Hours : Monday - Friday, 7am - Finish Valid Drivers License Required, Merchandising, Grocery Stocking Experience Preferred

Compensation : Starting pay ranges from $19.11 to $24.01 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
