Job Description

• Implement new payroll projects including payroll system conversion for clients
• Process multiple states' payrolls for multiple clients
• Research new regulations and reflect payrolls to comply with federal, states, counties requirements
• Examine and improve existing payroll procedures of the assigned projects
• Ensure quality of customer services
• Communicate / interact with clients, sales department, and project members in order to meet our clients' expectation
• Manage assigned projects as a project leader and review procedures, profit, client expectation, renew agreement, train project members etc.
• Participate in internal projects as assigned
• Other duties as assigned
• Work from home with independently

Requirement

Salary

$43,000-73,000(Base Salary) + Profit sharing

Work Schedule

Mon-Fri 9-6 (Hybrid work, Remote, Part time available)
