Handyman must have a verifiable 8+ years experience, possess all around handyman knowledge working in :

Sheetrock

Painting

Tile

Flooring

Plumbing

Electrical

Furniture Assembly

Carpentry

Hang art

Mounting TVs

Additionally, handyman must :

Able to overcome / solve complications

Maintain a professional appearance

Have a valid drivers license

Proper tools

Responsibilities :

Interacting with clients

Maintaining a professional attitude

Remaining consistently punctual

Organizing both time and tools / equipment
