Job Description

The Speech-Language Pathologist evaluates and treats residents, communicates with families and healthcare team members, and maintains documentation of services.

Essential duties include conducting resident assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, performing various tests and evaluations, and participating in discharge planning.

They also provide ongoing staff training on restorative techniques.

Supervisory responsibilities involve assisting in hiring, orienting staff, and supervising clinical duties.

Qualifications include a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, with two years of experience preferred.
