About the Role
Were seeking a Service Desk Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 15 years of IT support experience who loves helping people, has a strong interest in technology, and wants to grow into a long-term IT career. Youll start by handling incoming calls, tickets, and basic troubleshooting, working directly with end users, and learning from experienced engineers in a fast-paced MSP environment.
This role is designed as a launching pad many of our team members have grown from this position into engineering, project, or leadership roles within our company.

What Youll Do
Be the first point of contact for client support (phone, email, ticketing system)Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues : password resets, account access, workstation support, Microsoft 365 apps, printers, and basic networkingEscalate more complex issues to senior engineers while documenting troubleshooting steps clearlyAssist in setting up new users, devices, and accounts under guidance from senior staffDeliver excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel heard and supportedLearn and grow by working closely with our Boston-based team lead and wider engineering teamContribute to team documentation and process improvementsWhat Were Looking For
15 years of IT support, helpdesk, or customer service experienceStrong communication skills with a customer-first mindsetFamiliarity with Windows 10 / 11 and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)Basic troubleshooting knowledge for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheralsOrganized, reliable, and proactive in solving problemsEnthusiastic about technology and eager to learn and grow in the MSP worldStrong English communication skills (spoken and written)Bonus : Exposure to PSA / RMM tools (Autotask, DattoRMM, ConnectWise, etc.), but not requiredA team player who embodies our values : care, innovation, integrity, and teamworkWhy Join Us
