IT COORDINATOR

IT COORDINATOR One of our clients in NYC is seeking an IT Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the IT department. This role involves managing IT projects, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and providing technical support to staff. The IT Coordinator will work closely with the IT Manager to implement technology solutions that enhance business operations and improve efficiency. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT coordination or a similar role. Technical Skills : Proficiency in IT systems, networks, and software applications. Any AS400 or ERP system experience is a plus. Must have strong Excel and SQL(queries) skills Communication : verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently.
