We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Developer to join our dynamic team and help us build the next generation of intelligent systems.

Role Overview :

As a Machine Learning Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to implement advanced ML solutions that drive our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Model Development : Design, develop, and train machine learning models and algorithms to address specific business challenges and enhance product functionality.
• Data Analysis : Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and prepare data for model training.
• Algorithm Optimization : Implement and fine-tune machine learning algorithms for optimal performance, including feature selection, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning.
• Integration and Deployment : Develop scalable and efficient solutions for integrating machine learning models into production systems, ensuring robustness and reliability.
• Collaboration : Work closely with engineering teams to translate model requirements into technical specifications and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Research and Innovation : Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence, applying new techniques and technologies to improve our solutions.
• Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ML models, including development processes, model performance, and deployment procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
