Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with patient admissions, including orientation to unit routines and equipment.
• Provide direct patient care and respond promptly to patient needs or escalate as appropriate.
• Support nursing care plans by performing delegated tasks efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked patient environment and ensure proper use of equipment and supplies.
• Participate actively in cost containment and accurate patient service charging.
• Engage in ongoing educational and performance improvement activities.
• Perform waived testing and maintain required skills per unit competency.
• Demonstrate commitment to patient satisfaction, throughput, and overall hospital function.
