AT&T Sales Support Agent Responsibilities :

• Engage with customers to actively listen to their wireless needs
• Assess customer needs to recommend the best AT&T wireless services for them
• Assist customers with process any wireless and mobile device order
• Manage customer accounts thoroughly and highly any promotions or benefits we offer
