Pay rate up to $22.50 / hr (experience based rate + shift differential)

Full Time and Part Time - All Shifts

Morningstar is currently seeking team members to support our mission as a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant in our 120-bed long term and sub-acute skilled nursing facility.

Morningstar Residential Care Center is a family owned and operated skilled nursing & rehabilitation center in Oswego, NY, just minutes away from Route 481.

Requirements for a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant

High School Diploma or GED

Current and valid New York State C.N.A. Certification

Basic computer knowledge

Responsibilities for a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant

Admissions, transfers, discharges

Personal care

Toileting

Pain management

End of life care

Skin care and protocol

Caring for residents rooms and belongings

Rounds

Care plan compliance

Assists with resident dining, hydrating, appointments, and dressing

Customer Service

Point of Care documentation

Infection Control

Accident, incident and abuse reporting
