• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal surgical outcomes
• Follow established policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, physicians, and leadership
• Provide exceptional patient care aligned with the organization’s core values
• Perform additional duties as required Qualifications Experience :
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room RN Circulator experience or successful completion of Periop 101
• Scrub experience required
• Level I trauma background preferred; CVOR experience a plus Licensure / Certifications :
• Current New Jersey RN license
• Current BLS certification
• CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) preferred
