Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency, is seeking an Accountant III to join our client's team.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Senior Corporate Accountant to support our General Ledger (GL) accounting operations related to Fixed Asset, Accrual, and Prepaid. This role will be responsible for the Fixed Asset, Prepaid, and Accrual (G&A) process, performing account reconciliations, preparing flux analysis, and supporting audit requests. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works independently, and brings a proactive mindset to problem-solving and financial rigor.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and post timely and accurate Fixed Asset, Accrual, and Prepaid journal entries.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations.
  • Prepare flux analysis and explain key variances.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies and variances.
  • Support internal and external audit requests by compiling appropriate documentation.
  • Collaborate with FP&A, Facility, and Accounting teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of Accrual accounting.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in existing accounting processes and propose improvement ideas.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced company (Must-have)
  • 4+ years of a combination of corporate accounting (Month-end Close) and public accounting experiences
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and payroll accounting practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems, e.g., NetSuite
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • CPA preferred
