Our client, a leading legal services organization, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager / Data Analyst, you will be part of the Operations department supporting the Conflicts, Intake, and Information Governance team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication.

Location : New York, NY

Pay Range : $120 - $150 per hour

Shift : 9 : 00AM - 5 : 30PM, Monday to Friday - availability to work overtime or on weekends required (on-site)

Duration : Temp-to-hire

What's the Job?

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of records-related projects, ensuring compliance with firm policies and legal standards.
• Assist in developing and executing test plans for updates to legal records systems such as Intapp Walls and FileTrail.
• Analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends, discrepancies, and quality issues, creating detailed reports for internal teams and vendors.
• Review outside counsel guidelines and other agreements to extract records and information governance requirements, translating them into operational procedures.
• Support the implementation of records retention and disposition schedules in accordance with firm policies and legal obligations.
