Interim Commercial Real Estate Attorney (Orlando)

Major, Lindsey & Africas Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for an Interim Commercial Real Estate Attorney.

Overview : Our client is seeking an experienced commercial real estate attorney to assist on a part-time basis for the next 3+ months.

Company : Healthcare Company.

Experience : 8+ years of experience handling commercial real estate agreements, including but not limited to, new leases and lease renewals.

Location : Remote.

Responsibilities & Qualifications Include :

• Draft, review and negotiate new commercial lease agreements.
• Review and negotiate commercial lease renewals for all sites under renewal.
• Ad hoc commercial contracts as needed.
• JD and barred in at least 1 US jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 8 years of commercial real estate experience within an in-house legal department.
• Ability to work with multiple teams within the organization.
