Responsibilities Use invention, imagination, creative expertise and talent to produce original professional quality photography and video on assigned commercial properties in the region, including interior photography using existing light sources and lighting systems when necessary, to highlight the real estate.
Create visually appealing and technically sound video with drones, Steadicams, and other tools.
Utilize time of day, season, location, and expertise to determine how to best photograph the exterior of commercial buildings.
Edit all photography and video in a timely fashion to deliver a completed project.
Maintain professional and effective communication with clients during all aspects of the media shoot, including scheduling, setup, and on-site coordination.
Commit to continued learning and development, staying up-to-date on new techniques and technology.
Demonstrate best practices for architectural photography with artistic vision and creativity.
Capture and edit high-quality interior and exterior property photos and videos.
Be an experienced drone photographer with FAA Part 107 license / certification.
Demonstrate understanding of manual camera settings and lighting (natural and studio).
Demonstrate expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
Be knowledgeable of macOS and MS Office.
Develop strong personal relationships with key contacts at assigned companies and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment without missing deadlines.
Demonstrate an interest in the commercial real estate industry.
Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of practical experience as an Architectural Photographer or related field.
Portfolio review required (architectural photographs and drone videos).
FAA Part 107 drone license / certification.
Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 10 pounds.
Travel may be required each quarter.
Permanent US work authorization.
