DRAINAGE ENGINEER

Chicago, IL or Aurora, IL

Salary Range : $85,000 - $127,000

Crawford, Murphy & Tilly (CMT) , named a “Zweig Group’s “Best Firms to Work For.” is a consulting firm with a team of engineers, planners and other related design professionals is actively seeking to add a talented 5-year experienced Drainage Engineer to our Surface Transportation Team. This role will support the Northern, IL team while providing the opportunity to experience new challenges in a dynamic environment.

Position Requirements :

• A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• 5 years of engineering experience with emphasis on hydraulic modeling
• Stormwater design experience (northern Illinois stormwater experience preferred)
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), or the ability to secure Illinois PE within 6 months of hire.
• Computer skills : Must be proficient in HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and Microsoft Office
