Title : Maintenance Manager (Food & Bev. Manufacturing Experience REQ'D.)

Location : Dallas, TX (75212)

Salary Pay : $110,000 - $150,000

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our time in Dallas, TX.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and implement predictive, preventive, and planned maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability.
• Manage and mentor the maintenance team, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Oversee all production equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN manufacturing principles.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, including SQF protocols.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to support plant safety, environmental compliance, and budget adherence.
• Develop and execute proactive engineering and maintenance support strategies focused on uptime and reliability.
• Support autonomous maintenance and self-directed work teams.
