Description : Position Overview :

We are seeking a friendly, polished, and highly organized Part-Time Host to join our front-of-house team. As the first and last impression of the Rollati experience, our Hosts play a vital role in creating a warm and memorable environment for every guest. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in fast-paced settings, and is available to work weekends.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure

Manage waitlists and reservations using the restaurant’s reservation system

Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure seamless guest flow ? Answer phones, respond to guest inquiries, and assist with to-go orders as needed ? Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entry area

Provide accurate wait times and monitor dining room capacity

Create a welcoming and attentive atmosphere for guests from start to finish

Requirements :

Weekend availability is required (Friday through Sunday shifts)

Previous experience in a host or guest-facing hospitality role preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to stay composed and upbeat in a fast-paced environment

Must be 18 years or older
