Team Fishel , the best choice employer in the utility construction business, is hiring in the Cincinnati area! We are seeking a Telecom Supervisor (Aerial / Overhead Construction) for our Cincinnati, OH location. This role is critical within our Cincinnati office to manage new business projects within our Broadband division. It offers a great opportunity to be part of the team establishing Team Fishel as a leader in utility construction in Ohio.

The Telecom Supervisor at Team Fishel is responsible for selling projects, communicating with customers and teammates, setting work direction, and removing obstacles to ensure success, customer satisfaction, and project profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams by leading with our core value : Accident-Free
• Review pre-job checklists before start-up.
• Conduct walk-throughs with foremen and customers.
• Secure cost-effective materials.
• Recruit, interview, and hire new teammates.
• Champion teammate development programs.
• Evaluate performance and provide coaching.

Requirements & Qualifications

Team Fishel provides on-the-job safety training, including flagging certification and tool operation.

Bilingual skills and prior construction experience are a plus.
