Assists in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of the facility in good repair.

• Maintains our equipment; vehicles, trailers, fork lifts, scissor lifts and any other equipment.
• Makes sure their maintenance gets performed, fueled weekly, and washed regularly.
• Makes Minor maintenance, repairs, and other duties.
• Assists the Engineering Department with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance and moving of furniture as needed.
• Other duties as assigned and asked by the facilities manager.
