Senior Software Test Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Software Test Engineer to shape the quality strategy for their AI-powered document management platform.

Key Responsibilities

Own the quality strategy for frontend, backend, and data pipelines, defining test approaches and quality gates

Design and implement automation for UI, API, and event streams, ensuring high performance and reliability

Mentor team members on testing best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testability

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in software quality / test engineering or equivalent software engineering with a focus on testing

2+ years of leadership experience in test strategy or quality initiatives

Advanced skills in an OOP language and modern JavaScript / TypeScript, with hands-on experience in UI and API testing

Practical experience with AWS services, CI / CD tools, and infrastructure as code concepts

Strong understanding of quality practices, including risk-based testing and test data management
