As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various projects and operations by performing physically demanding tasks. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Assist in the construction or renovation of buildings, roads, and other structures.
  • Perform general labor duties including loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and moving heavy equipment.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide support in various tasks including concrete pouring, framing, roofing, and other construction activities as assigned.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of tools and materials, ensuring that the job site is well-stocked and organized.
  • Be willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in construction or manual labor is an asset but not required.
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Basic knowledge of construction techniques and safety practices.
  • Ability to work in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
