BIM Manager

We are seeking a BIM Manager to support mission critical construction projects. The BIM Manager will oversee the implementation, coordination, and management of Building Information Modeling processes across design, engineering, and construction teams. This role ensures the successful integration of digital models to support planning, execution, and delivery of high-performance facilities. Key Responsibilities Lead the development, coordination, and management of BIM models across all project phases. Establish and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices specific to mission critical projects. Manage clash detection, model reviews, and coordination meetings with design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. Support project teams in leveraging BIM for scheduling, cost analysis, and constructability reviews. Oversee data integrity and ensure accuracy of model information for handover and facility management. Train, mentor, and provide technical guidance to project teams on BIM tools and processes. Collaborate with project managers and technical leads to align BIM strategies with project goals. Coordinate with VDC and technology teams to evaluate new tools, software, and process improvements.
