Why We Need You
To grow the Museum's Individual Giving program, we need a leader who can both manage a high-performing team and design donor programs that strategically cultivate and steward relationships. You will build a best-in-class major gifts program that equips frontline fundraisers with insights, strategies, and tools to engage donors meaningfully. Your leadership will ensure thoughtful donor journeys across all levels of giving, maximizing philanthropic potential and sustaining long-term engagement.
What You'll Accomplish
What We're Looking For (Competencies)
Pipeline builder & program architect : Demonstrated success creating, scaling, and managing fundraising programs, with experience growing annual, mid-level, and major giving.
Strategic communicator & steward : Skilled at designing donor journeys, messaging, and engagement strategies that cultivate lasting relationships.
Data-informed decision maker : Proficient in using CRMs and donor analytics to drive strategy, track KPIs, and evaluate program performance.
Cross-functional leader : Experienced in managing teams and collaborating effectively across functions to ensure smooth donor experiences and handoffs.
Leadership & management : Proven ability to coach, mentor, and inspire staff, set clear goals, and drive team performance toward organizational objectives.
Creative & strategic thinker : Brings innovative ideas and solutions to donor engagement and cultivation challenges.
Mission-driven relationship builder : Passionate about advancing the organization's mission through authentic, lasting donor relationships.

Salary Range
$112,000—$140,000 USD
