job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMeet with residential and commercial customers to assess sewer and plumbing needs Provide accurate, detailed estimates for sewer line replacements, repairs, and related services Educate customers on available options and recommend solutions tailored to their needs Build trust and deliver outstanding customer service while guiding customers through the sales process Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure successful project execution Meet or exceed sales goals by driving new business and closing opportunities Maintain accurate documentation of estimates, contracts, and customer interactions Other duties as assigned Previous experience in plumbing, sewer, or related sales highly preferred Strong knowledge of sewer systems, excavation, and plumbing repair solutions Proven sales and customer service skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals Ability to build rapport quickly, explain technical concepts clearly, and close sales Positive, professional, and self-motivated attitude Strong organizational and communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent; trade or technical background a plus
