This role provides comprehensive support for end-user devices and systems across multiple platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android), while also managing server infrastructure, networking, and cloud-based services. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex desktop and mobile device issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Manage support tickets and respond to user inquiries promptly.
- Provision and maintain wired / wireless devices and cloud-based VoIP systems.
- Maintain VMware server farm and provision virtual machines.
- Terminate and manage network / telephony cabling.
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of IT assets.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Support mobile device management using Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Perform additional IT-related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, Exchange, Office 365, VMware ESX.Experience with macOS, iOS, Android, and mobile device management.Familiarity with networking protocols and technologies (TCP / IP, VLAN, IPSec, SIP).Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, SAP.Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and service desk management.Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks under pressure.Education & Certifications
Option 1 : Associate's Degree in System Administration, Networking, Cybersecurity and relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Secure Infrastructure Specialist).Option 2 : Minimum of 7 years of experience in system administration without formal degree or certifications.Reasoning & Soft Skills
