What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and lead a high-caliber team of Guides, equipping them with the skills to execute Alpha's innovative learning system with precision and excellence
• Engineer comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices for facilitation, learning activity design, and effective challenge resolution
• Deliver targeted, data-driven feedback to Guides that measurably enhances student engagement metrics and achievement outcomes
• Personally mentor a select cohort of students, demonstrating elite coaching techniques that serve as the gold standard for your team

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD / hour, which equates to $150,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
