job_description.job_card.job_descriptionGather and analyze customer requirements through workshops and document analysis Guide clients in customizing Noggin Solutions to meet their specific needs Conduct system functional testing and prepare comprehensive test plans Deliver product demonstrations and tailored training sessions to customers Act as a product expert, providing support and guidance to both customers and junior team members Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in business or software analysis, SaaS, or other software implementations Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and analysis Familiarity with web-based software design and usability Eligible and willing to obtain Security Clearance Experience with AI / machine-learning technologies Background in risk, crisis, incident, or emergency management systems Previous work within project teams in a software development context Ability to coach junior team members and conduct peer reviews Knowledge of product analysis for software products
