About The Position

Job Title : Physical Therapist

Profession : Rehabilitation Therapy

Shift : Monday to Friday, Days

Hours per Shift : 32 guaranteed hours

Experience : New Graduates are welcome. SNF experience preferred.

License : Valid state license required.

Certifications :

• CPR Certification, if applicable.

Description :

Candidates must ensure the prescreen document is filled out and attached when submitting.

A resume and verification of the license must also be included.

If these items are not completed and attached, the candidate will be declined.

Candidates should provide three references.

A COVID-19 test is required 72 hours before the start date, with results issued 48 hours prior to starting.

A background check will be conducted, including county criminal checks for seven years for all counties lived and worked, as well as federal and multi-state criminal searches.

A nationwide sex offender search will also be completed.

A search against HHS / OIG and GSA lists is necessary.

A social security number trace is required.

A step PPD or Quantiferon test, or proof of a positive PPD with a chest X-ray, must be submitted.

Fingerprinting may be necessary for background checks.
