Maintenance Supervisor

Your Role : As a Maintenance Supervisor or Facilities Manager , you will oversee maintenance operations, mentor your team, and work with vendors to ensure the property is well-maintained. Your skills in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other trades are essential. You should have supervisory experience in property management and be organized and detail-oriented.

Compensation and Benefits : $27.00 / hour, quarterly bonuses, health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications : Minimum of 2+ years in multifamily maintenance, 1+ year supervisory experience, familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook, Yardi Voyager experience is a plus, High School Diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
