📍 Location : Sparks, NV

💰 Salary : $36 - $39 / hr starting pay + 10% performance bonus at the end of the year

🕰️ Shift : Flexible shifts (12-hour shifts, rotating schedule with 3 days on, 4 off one week, 4 days on, 3 off the next week)

About the Position

We are seeking a DCO Systems Tech / HVAC Tech to join our team at our Sparks, NV location. This is a hands-on role responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and support of all critical infrastructure systems within our data center environment. These systems include power systems , generators , battery backups , HVAC air handling systems, and more. The technician will also be responsible for vendor coordination and keeping detailed documentation.

Given the critical nature of the work, flexibility in shift scheduling is necessary, as we operate a 24 / 7 / 365 facility.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair for critical infrastructure systems (including electrical and mechanical systems such as generators, UPS systems, DC power, HVAC, fire suppression systems, etc.).

Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and support as required.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and perform work in adherence to established safety practices.

Create and maintain accurate documentation for all systems and procedures.

Work within a rotating shift schedule, providing 24 / 7 support.

Required Skills, Education, and Certifications

Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems used in data centers (e.g., transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, batteries, CRACs, fluid coolers, etc.).

Familiarity with data center designs , electrical and cooling systems, and safety practices.

Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).

Basic computer skills (typing, email, and computer proficiency).

Must be willing and able to work on any shift, including weekends and holidays.
