Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a 2nd Shift Rotor Balancing Technician. This role will perform a variety of mechanical operations and tasks on turbomachinery components and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and quality requirements. FTS is also open to training the right mechanically inclined candidate for this position.

Essential Duties :

• Maintain a safe working environment and demonstrate a commitment to safety excellence.
• Comply with all safety policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Assemble components according to procedures, drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
• Perform precision balancing on components and rotating assemblies to specified requirements.
• Use calipers, gauges, micrometers, and other measuring tools to assess the condition of components and assemblies.
• Assemble various configurations of components to match assembly prints using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Generate inspection reports and assist with documenting quality issues and resolutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Interpret and understand assembly and manufacturing prints.
• Perform additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
