• Coordinating scheduling and dispatch with the office and field Managing technician goals, performance, and development Supporting customer service resolutions and team needs Overseeing training, permitting, compliance, and paperwork Leading team meetings on safety, service, code, and customer care Stepping in for the General Manager as needed You’ll act as the vital link between the field and the office — making sure the team runs smoothly and customers stay happy.
