Onsite Coaching and Health Promotion Position

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Onsite Health Coach to join our team and support a client company in or near High Point, NC . In this role, you will be responsible for delivering ongoing health coaching services, fostering behavior change, and promoting a culture of well-being throughout the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a wellness professional who thrives on building relationships, empowering individuals to take control of their health, and making a measurable impact in the workplace.

As a Health Coach with Health Designs, you’ll play a key role in driving engagement, supporting individual health goals, and delivering meaningful wellness initiatives that align with our client’s broader organizational strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster a long-term relationship with client company and their employees by offering a high level of onsite wellness program support, engagement and results-oriented services, focusing on behavior change and superior client service.
• Guide company employees to establish health improvement plans, set personalized evidence-based goals, and support employees in achieving those goals.
• Meet weekly with employees for follow-up coaching to foster support, skill building and behavior change
• Provide workshops and educational opportunities to entire population
• Deliver evidence-based initiatives and collaborate with Health Designs’ team in providing positive evaluation / outcomes to client
