Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Location : 1336 Lindsay Lane, Rydal, PA 19046

Pay Rate : $16 / hr

We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands-on support and personal care to our client in Rydal, PA.

Schedule :

  • Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday 11AM-6PM

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with walking and mobility
  • Provide support with transfers
  • Assist with bathing and grooming
  • Support with toileting and eating
  • Ensure the clients comfort, safety, and dignity at all times
  • Offer companionship and emotional support

    • Qualifications :

  • Prior experience as a DSP, caregiver, or in a related field preferred
  • Ability to assist with transfers and personal care
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable
  • Must be able to pass all required background checks and clearances
