Job Location : Mason City Branch - Mason City, IA

Overview

The Office Administrator plays a key role in the success of the branch with a variety of responsibilities to include administrative support and reception. Activities also include route settlement, inventory control and auditing processes. The role is the primary back-up to the Office Manager / Supervisor, helping to ensure branch operations run smoothly.

Major Responsibilities

• Follow route settlement standard operating procedures (SOPs), performing cashiering and reconciliation tasks. Troubleshoot handheld settlement reconciliation issues.
• Provide inventory support through cycle count, inventory reconciliation, check-in / out audits, and route settlement.
• Assist with administrative and office support for the facility's day-to-day operations.
• Administrative responsibilities include routing incoming phone calls and greeting visitors.
• Assist branch sales team with order transactions, daily logs, and unscheduled customer orders (aka "hotshots"), including order entry and invoicing.
• Assist with internal office space (e.g., door keys, moves), ordering supplies, etc.
• Management of document retention and destruction electronically and hard files.
• Other duties as required.
