Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN Responsibilities :

Daily documentation

Transcribe physicians’ orders to MAR’s.

Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician

Notify pharmacy of new orders.

Other duties as directed by charge nurse, director of nursing, and Administrator

Licensed Practical Nurse- LPN Qualifications :

Active, unencumbered Pennsylvania LPN license

Long term care experience preferred but not required
