We are seeking a Pediatrician to join our team and contribute to our full-scope Pediatrics practice, which includes a mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. In this role, you will work alongside three Pediatricians and two Nurse Practitioners, serving a community that delivers less than 300 babies annually. Must be comfortable resuscitating and stabilizing premature and full term critical newborns and children for transfer. Must be excited about caring for newborns and lower acuity NICU patients as well as pediatric inpatients. Call is split between 4 physicians.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced healthcare professionals.
- Deliver high-quality healthcare to children and adolescents.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule with no more than 32 scheduled patient care hours weekly.
Compensation and Benefits :
Competitive total compensation ranges from $300,000 to $325,000 in the first year.$75,000 available for housing assistance or direct loan repayment.Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and retirement plans.Location Highlights :
