• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff members Competitive Pay :   $30.00-34.00 / hr + credit for experience + shift differentials, holiday pay & on-call bonuses   Shift Differentials :   Nights : +$2.00 / hour  Weekends : +$2.75 / hour  Schedule : This is a part-time position, working 3 : 00 pm to 11 : 00 pm, with rotating weekends and holidays Supportive Team :   We value our caregivers as much as our clients Quick Hiring :   Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do :    Provide high-quality nursing care to residents at Tudor Oaks Senior Living Community Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being  Conduct resident assessments and contribute to care planning and evaluations  Implement and monitor nursing interventions based on individual care plans  Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to develop personalized care plans  What You'll Need :   Active Wisconsin LPN License Graduate from an accredited school of nursing 1 year of LPN experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting required Requires strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
