A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative- TPA who must be located in Pittsburgh or the surrounding area.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and emails from current and prospective employees, students, and retirees
Help members understand the benefits offered and document all interactions in the system
Make outbound calls to follow up or provide updates and stay up-to-date on policies and system changes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of customer service and / or call center experience
Proficient in typing and writing skills required
Ability to learn complex health plan information and demonstrate flexibility in work schedule
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel spreadsheet program preferred
