Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the project life cycle from estimating to closeout on new apartment / condo builds ranging from 100 to 300 units.
• Manage project budgets effectively.
• Provide timely status reports to stakeholders.
• Build mutually beneficial relationships and work closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, field staff, and office staff.
• Assist in developing staff, including Assistant Project Managers, Assistant Superintendents, and Superintendents.
