Akkodis is seeking a Biomed Electronics Technician, Level 1 for a Contract with a client in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate must be skilled in troubleshooting and repairing medical devices, with a strong ability to configure equipment for installation and document all repair activities accurately.

Rate Range : $19 / hour to $20 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Biomed Electronics Technician, Level 1 job responsibilities include :

Diagnose and repair defective or damaged biomedical equipment following company standards.

Configure and prepare loaner or replacement devices for installation or shipment.

Document all repair activities, investigation results, and configuration steps in the system.

Perform routine inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.

Stay current with product updates and technical training across assigned equipment lines.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all tasks.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications :

Associate degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical device repair or product configuration.

Ability to troubleshoot and repair biomedical equipment using hand tools and diagnostic software.

Proficiency in documenting repair activities and working within ERP systems.

Pay Details : $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
