Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Endocrinology & Endovascular Clinic

Location : Onsite (Training across Queens, Harlem, and Brooklyn)

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM (No evenings or weekends; closed on six major holidays)

Compensation : $155,000 – $180,000 annually

Position Overview

We are seeking two skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join a growing Endocrinology and Endovascular clinic. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment alongside experienced providers specializing in vascular and cardiometabolic care. Ideal candidates bring a strong clinical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients achieve optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation and management of patients with endocrine and vascular conditions.
• Conduct follow-up visits, new patient consultations, and ongoing care coordination.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document all care accurately in eClinicalWorks EMR system.
• Participate in continuous learning and integration of innovative technologies, including voice recognition and AI-based documentation tools.
