Skilled in managing front desk operations, handling multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service. Primary Function

• Responsible for performing a wide variety of clerical and receptionist duties, including working with various computer systems.
• Receives and screens telephone calls and visitors.
• Records and relays messages to appropriate personnel.
• Provides administrative information to facility personnel and performs miscellaneous support functions as assigned.
• Projects the facility's professional image.
