We are looking to fill a long-term Contract role as Security Architect

Mode of Interview : In Person / Webcam

Work Arrangement : Onsite

Work Location : Columbia, SC

Shift : EST

Required Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in Information Security, with at least 5 years dedicated specifically to hands-on Security Architecture and design.
  • Technical Depth : Expert-level knowledge across multiple domains of security, including network segmentation, access controls, encryption, intrusion detection / prevention, and security logging / SIEM technologies.
  • Architectural Frameworks : Proven experience designing solutions based on industry standards such as SABSA, TOGAF, or similar architectural frameworks.
  • Government / Public Sector Experience : Prior experience in a state, federal, or public sector environment with mandatory compliance obligations (e.g., NIST, IRS, CJIS).
  • Communication : Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to create clear, professional architecture diagrams, documents, and presentations for technical and executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certifications : Possess one or more active, advanced security certifications, such as CISSP-ISSAP, CISM, or TOGAF.
  • Cloud Certification : Cloud-specific architecture certification (e.g., AWS Certified Security Specialty or Azure Solutions Architect / Security Engineer ).
  • DevSecOps : Experience integrating security testing and automation into continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI / CD) pipelines.
  • Identity Management : Deep experience with enterprise identity platforms, SSO, federation standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
