Travel Certified Surgical Technologist - $2,446 per week

Talent4Health is seeking a travel Certified Surgical Technologist for a travel job in Wausau, Wisconsin.

Radius Rule : Contractors must be outside a 50 mile radius

Peripheral Vascular (PV) Surgical Technologist

Float Requirements : May be required to float

On Call / Call-Back : On Call / Call-Back : 1 night of call per week, 1 weekend per month, 1 back up per week. Could on occasion need additional call.   30 min response time meaning traveler must be ready and in the OR within that 30 min.

Weekend / Holiday :  every 3-4th weekend (about 1 weekend peer month). Holiday rotation

Required Certifications : AHA BLS, CST license preferred

Required Education : High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum Experience : 2 years

level 2 trauma experience preferred

Traveler must have their own vehicle and can not rely on Uber / Lyft due to on call responsibilities.

Charting / Equipment : NA - facility uses epic charting

Unit Specific Skillset : Efficient in setting up an operative suite for patients, accountable for going through case carts to ensure all supplies are available, efficient in scrubbing surgical cases in a variety of specialties, turning over rooms for multiple procedures throughout the day.

Required skills : Peripheral vascular - Looking for a flexible candidate with excellent work ethic that is also willing to do downtime tasks, if needed. Needs to be motivated during downtime; pulling case carts, cleaning, ect

Scrub Colors :  any color

Shift Requirements : Monday – Friday usually 700-1530, but some times flexed depending on the case types
