Water Damage Restoration Technicians

Restoration 1 is looking for Water Damage Restoration Technicians who are responsible for handling new and ongoing water damage claims with integrity and excellence. Duties will include initial job-site inspection along with secure jobs and perform structural drying per the IICRC standards. The work environment is fast paced, highly competitive and requires travel in a company owned vehicle within the territory. Prior HVAC experience preferred, but not required.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule :

  • 8AM-5PM Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Overtime
  • Weekend Availability

    • Required skills :

  • Must have a valid driver's license with no major violations.
  • Must pass a drug test and have a clean criminal background (no felony convictions).
  • Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs. consecutively and physically be able to work in PPE including respiratory protection.
  • Must ensure that proper safety and work protocols are always being utilized by you and fellow team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities needed.
  • Must have the ability to build rapport and a positive relationship with clients and fellow team members.
  • Must be detail / process oriented and able to think methodically / analytically through situations.
  • Be coachable, trainable, eager to learn and acquire new skills, and have a positive outlook.
