Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our dynamic healthcare team in Kissimmee, FL. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and technologically advanced environment while providing critical care across various patient populations. The role involves working variable shifts, including both day and night rotations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate and manage acute care ventilators for continuous and intermittent mechanical ventilation.
• Deliver high-quality respiratory care in accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations involving respiratory care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of respiratory therapy sessions and interventions.
• Enter treatment data into hospital information systems.
• Demonstrate clinical expertise and sound judgment in critical care settings.
• Function independently and assume leadership responsibilities when necessary.
