Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
Coach and engage a team of 12-14 Sales Agents to meet performance targets

Required Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years in a management role
Active Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines (PL) license
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and performance metrics
Experience managing a call-center sales team
Proficiency with sales software and data analysis tools
